I recently had a great stay at this hotel during my family visit to Jammu. the hotel offered exceptional value for money, as the room was spacious and clean. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was basic but satisfying, with tasty sandwiches and paranthas. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was away from the bustling market area but still close enough to reach all the main markets easily.
Everything was satisfactory and no improvements needed.

The WiFi was not working well in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. , there were no nearby restaurants, and I had to rely on the hotel's food options or travel to a crowded bazaar area.

Clean rooms and good service. Bed linen and towels were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located near the temples and market, making it convenient for visiting. The room service was good and they also helped in arranging a cab service.
The hotel lacked free air circulation and the windows were fixed. The rooms were suffocated and had a bad smell.
